salome.cisnaldeugarte@gmail.comDr. Salomé Cisnal de Ugarte is a Partner at the Brussels office of King & Spalding and the head of the firm's EU Antitrust & Competition practice. She is recognized as a leading antitrust lawyer, with a standout track record in merger control, cartel investigations, and complex antitrust matters. Salomé also serves as non-governmental adviser to the European Commission (DG COMP) at the International Competition Network (ICN).
Salome brings extensive leadership experience in Harvard alumni organizations, having served as President of the Harvard Club of Belgium and held multiple director positions on the Harvard Alumni Association (HAA) Board, including both elected and appointed roles as Director. She also served as Treasurer of the Harvard Law School Association of Europe (HLSAE). Her academic credentials include a Ph.D. from the European University Institute in Florence, an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, and degrees (summa cum laude) in Law and Economics from the University of Deusto in Spain. -

He specialises in advising listed and private companies and their owners on Swiss domestic and international tax matters, in particular with respect to M&A and financing transactions, as well as reorganisations. Lukas is admitted to the Swiss bar (2015) and is a Swiss certified tax expert (2018). He graduated from the University of Bern in 2012 and holds and LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School (class of 2020).

Leticia Lizardo LL.M. '05

LuxembourgLeticia Lizardo brings extensive experience as in-house counsel in both private and public sector. She currently leads the Legal Office at the Luxembourg Institute of Health (LIH), a prominent biomedical research institute. Prior to joining LIH, she served as General Counsel for SaarGummi, a Tier 1 supplier of rubber components to the automotive industry. Leticia also spent four years as in-house counsel at Aperam, a publicly traded steel company headquartered in Luxembourg and a spin-off of ArcelorMittal. Before relocating to Luxembourg, she practiced law for several years as an associate at the Brussels offices of Mayer Brown LLP and Keller and Heckman LLP, focusing on international trade and life sciences. Leticia served as a board member of the Harvard Club of Luxembourg from 2019 to 2024. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Harvard Law School as a Fulbright and Ford Foundation scholar.

She is a board member at Transparency International Georgia, US Government Exchange Program Alumni Association of Georgia (EPAG), and Harvard Club of Georgia (Europe). She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Dispute Resolution Centre (DRC) and acts as International Bar Association Young Lawyers' Committee’s National Representative for Georgia. Sophie is a graduate of the Faculty of International Law and Relations at the Tbilisi State University and holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.

Prior to starting his coaching business, Jon practiced law as an associate in the international arbitration teams at Gide Loyrette Nouel and Freshfields, and then in the in-house legal team at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
In addition to his law degree from Harvard, Jon also holds degrees from Penn (BA, Philosophy and English Literature) and Cambridge (MPhil, Medieval English Literature). -

Her practice focuses on supporting various stakeholders during trade remedies investigations, including the drafting of complaints and applications, and advising companies on sanctions and export control, as well as assisting in customs cases.
Beyond her trade expertise, Agnieszka offers advice on negotiations and facilitation, drawing from her background in Dispute Systems Design at Harvard Law School.
Agnieszka obtained her master's degree from the University of Wrocław in 2015. She also holds a PhD from the University of Wrocław (2019) and an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School (2020). -

Heleri Tammiste is a senior associate in the M&A practice group of COBALT (one of the leading law firms in the Baltics), focusing on advising complex M&A and private equity transactions. Heleri is a long-time member of Estonian Bar Association's Business Law Committee (comprising a selected group of highly skilled practicing attorneys), where she contributes to legislative processes impacting Estonian Business Law. Heleri graduated from University of Tartu Law School in 2005 as one of two cum laude graduates of her class and earned LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2009, where she studied as Fulbright Student.

Bogdan is passionate about philanthropy, CSR, and pro bono work. He led numerous philanthropic initiatives, from establishing Harvard Club of Serbia's annual award to creating the first Belgrade Law School scholarship endowment since WWII. He is a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC) and a guest lecturer at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. Bogdan earned his LL.B. from the University of Belgrade ranked among the top 1% in his class, and his LL.M. from Harvard Law School, with Honors, and was awarded the Dean's Scholar Prize in "Leadership in Law Firms".

Philipp Fischer has been advising Swiss and non-Swiss financial institutions (in particular banks, securities dealers, insurance companies, collective investment schemes and independent asset managers) on Swiss banking, financial and data protection regulations for over 10 years.

She used to teach at the University of Paris Dauphine, INSA Toulouse and Rouen. She also serves as the First Vice-President of the Harvard Club of France. She studied Public Affairs in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University (2002-2003), and owns a Master of Environmental Law from the University of Paris 11 (2005), in addition to an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (2006).
