    Alvyda Usinskaite is a Senior Legal Counsel focusing on investments in infrastructure, life sciences, and social impact funds within the European Investment Fund (EIF) in Luxembourg.  Ms. Usinskaite's prior experience as an associate at Clifford Chance (Madrid) and Debevoise & Plimpton (New York) covers capital markets, M&A, and Private Equity/Fund Formation.

    Andreas Müller graduated from the University of Basel (lic. iur. in 2008 and Dr. iur. in 2013) and Harvard Law School in 2012 (LL.M.). He is admitted to the Swiss bar (2008) and New York bar (2013). Andreas is a member of Homburger's Corporate / M&A, Executive Compensation and Technology and Digital Economy practice groups. His practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions as well as on capital markets law. Other areas of his work include corporate governance and executive compensation. He is the chair of the executive board of a legal periodical on corporate and capital markets law (GesKR).

    Heleri Tammiste is a senior associate in the M&A practice group of COBALT (one of the leading law firms in the Baltics), focusing on advising complex M&A and private equity transactions. Heleri is a long-time member of Estonian Bar Association’s Business Law Committee (comprising a selected group of highly skilled practicing attorneys), where she contributes to legislative processes impacting Estonian Business Law. Heleri graduated from University of Tartu Law School in 2005 as one of two cum laude graduates of her class and earned LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2009, where she studied as Fulbright Student.

    Bogdan Gecić (Getzich) is the founder and managing partner at Gecić Law, which received The Lawyer's 2021 Law Firm of the Year: South East Europe and the Balkans award. A top-ranked lawyer in international legal directories, he has significant experience in EU Law and its application in antitrust / competition law, state aid, and trade policy negotiations. Bogdan is passionate about philanthropy, CSR, and pro bono work. He led numerous philanthropic initiatives, from establishing Harvard Club of Serbia’s annual award to creating the first Belgrade Law School scholarship endowment since WWII. He is a member of the Young Entrepreneur Council (YEC) and a guest lecturer at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law.  Bogdan earned his LL.B. from the University of Belgrade ranked among the top 1% in his class, and his LL.M. from Harvard Law School, with Honors, and was awarded the Dean’s Scholar Prize in “Leadership in Law Firms”.

    Ettore Maria is of counsel at Hage-Chahine & Lombardi Law Firm (Beirut-Florence-Rome) and Professor of Private Law and International Business Law at the University of Florence School of Law. He is Director of the Executive Course on Alternative Investment (co-organized with Queen Mary University of London) and of the Executive Course on Art & Law (co-organized with Université de Genève and Gallerie degli Uffizi). Ettore Maria holds an LL.B. (University of Florence), a J.C.L. (Pontifical University of Lateran), an LL.M. (Harvard Law School), a Ph.D. (University of Florence), and an Adv. certificate in AI (Oxford Saïd Business School) and sustainable management (University of Cambridge). He is Visiting Professor at Birkbeck College (London), Distinguished Scholar in Residence at St. John’s University School of Law (New York City), Research Fellow at BRICS Competition Law and Policy Center - National Research Higher School of Economics (Moscow), Visiting Fellow of the Institute for Global Law, Economics and Finance at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies - Queen Mary University of London. Prior to joining Hage-Chahine & Lombardi Law Firm, Ettore Maria was of counsel at DLA Piper (Rome-Milan). Ettore Maria has published three books and more than fifty articles in Italy and abroad.

    Sophie Panjikidze is a Partner at Gvinadze & Partners, a leading Georgian business law firm, where she focuses on corporate, M&A, banking, and finance matters. Sophie has previously worked at DLA Piper and EY Law. She is a board member at Transparency International Georgia, US Government Exchange Program Alumni Association of Georgia (EPAG), and Harvard Club of Georgia (Europe). She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Dispute Resolution Centre (DRC) and acts as International Bar Association Young Lawyers' Committee’s National Representative for Georgia. Sophie is a graduate of the Faculty of International Law and Relations at the Tbilisi State University and holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.

    David Yu J.D. '07

    David is currently based in Berlin and the CTO of a Los Angeles-based life sciences company.  He is a mentor at Techstars Berlin, where he advises startups on both strategy and deep tech issues.  Previously, David co-founded Discovereads, which was acquired by Goodreads and Amazon. Its software lives on every Kindle. He was also the CTO of Q.Digital and oversaw product development and the acquisition of another company.  In addition to building his own startups, David cofounded and set up the 501c3 structure for Bay Area Rainbow Symphony, an amateur orchestra based in San Francisco.  He was a section cellist and continues to play cello in Berlin.  With his college roommates, David cofounded and manages the Andy Keidel Endowment Fund at Yale to support current undergraduates by awarding annual summer grants toward computer science projects.

    David received his BS from Yale College, double majoring in Computer Science and Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry, and his JD from Harvard Law School.

    Michał Bobrzyński graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in 2005. In 2009 Michał obtained an LL.M. degree (with a specialisation in international finance) from Harvard Law School. He also studied law at Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg. He was admitted to the Bar Association of the State of New York in 2010 and qualified as a Polish legal advisor in 2012.

    Michał Bobrzyński is an associate with Weil, Gotshal and Manges in Warsaw in the financial institution practice. Prior to joining Weil, he worked for a leading Polish law firm, where he advised financial institutions on regulatory issues and project finance, as well as domestic and international companies on corporate matters, restructuring, M&A and private equity transactions.

    Philipp Fischer graduated from the University of Geneva in 2004. He was admitted to the Geneva Bar in 2007. In 2009, he earned an LL.M. at Harvard Law School. After having worked in major law firms in New York, Zurich and Geneva (2010 – 2016), he co-founded the firm OBERSON ABELS in February 2016. Philipp Fischer has been advising Swiss and non-Swiss financial institutions (in particular banks, securities dealers, insurance companies, collective investment schemes and independent asset managers) on Swiss banking, financial and data protection regulations for over 10 years.

    Anne-Caroline Urbain is a new business manager at SEGRO France in charge of developing urban logistics and light industrial projects in the Paris area. Before joining SEGRO, she was the head of business development at a French architecture firm. Previously, she practiced in the environmental, health and safety department of the Jones Day Paris office where she advised and represented French and foreign industries.  She used to teach at the University of Paris Dauphine, INSA Toulouse and Rouen.  She also serves as the First Vice-President of the Harvard Club of France.  She studied Public Affairs in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University (2002-2003), and owns a Master of Environmental Law from the University of Paris 11 (2005), in addition to an LL.M. from Harvard Law School (2006).

    Moritz serves as Privatdozent at the University of Cologne. His research and teaching activities focus on the German and European law of corporations and partnerships as well as on IFRS, German GAAP and tax law. Moritz practices as an attorney at law and advises German and international clients in all mentioned areas and on M&A-transactions. He regularly renders expert opinions and offers tailor-made workshops for companies and professional services firms. Moritz serves as member of the Supervisory Board of Ampeers Energy GmbH, a rapidly growing Fraunhofer spin-off based in Munich. Prior, Moritz was a corporate lawyer with Clifford Chance Deutschland LLP in Germany and the US, a team leader in BMW AG's central legal department in Munich and visiting Professor of Law at the University of Freiburg. He is a graduate of the University of Cologne (Dr. iur. habil.), Harvard Law School (LL.M.), the University of Hagen (Dipl.-Kfm.) and the University of Münster (Dipl.-Jur.).

Nathalie Younan holds a Master’s degree in Torts and Contracts Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, a Master’s degree in Litigation and Arbitration from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University, and an LL.M degree from Harvard Law School.  She won the “Concours Général des Universités en Droit Public” award.  She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997 and to the New York Bar in 2000.
